• Michael Riedel reports a rumor that Audra McDonald will be the next Dolly Levi in "Hello, Dolly!" - last time we heard a rumor it came true, and we got Bernadette Peters (starting January 20th); fingers crossed for Audra
• Peter Marks (Washington Post theatre critic) writes that changing economics and audience taste have killed the commercial new play on Broadway; I hope he's wrong, but fear he is right - what do you think?
